AASA - Providing leadership and advocacy for architectural education in Australasia

Drawing from the notion of sea and voyage, the logo represents the characteristics of each nation that is involved in the association. It uses the form of an approaching wave in the letter ‘A’, to symbolise a theme of emergence as every year fresh minds begin their own architectural journey. The letter ‘S’ is denoted in the shape of the earth as a means of representing the association that is a part of a wider community. The three countries sit comfortably within that circle with the entire logo following colours drawn from each of the countries, yellow from Australia, black from New Zealand and red from Papua New Guinea.”
