The dwp|suters Prize for Architecture of $1,500 will be awarded to the student who demonstrates the highest quality presentation of their work from the Architecture and Commerce Design Studio.

dwp|suters Brisbane Managing Principal, Geoff Street said “at dwp|suters, we know that great architects have a breath of skills from their design thinking through to their graphic communication and verbal presentation. This is why want to reward a student whose overall presentation is highly engaging.”

“By aligning the dwp|suters prize directly with the Architecture and Commerce Master’s design studio we’re ensuring that the recipient has an interest in the scale and complexity of projects we undertake as a practice” Geoff explained.

UQ Acting Head of School, Associate Professor, Naomi Stead said “the school is grateful to dwp|suters’ leadership in establishing a prize directly related to one of our Masters studio themes. It’s an excellent opportunity for our graduates to demonstrate innovation and imagination in design, as well as advanced communication and presentation of design ideas.
